Music Studio
In the framework of the charity program, acting as a crisis manager,
I designed and built a small music studio.
Initially, I was required to develop a studio plan-project. I have an education at MGSU (MISI) and, having read a couple of books by Philip Newell - a guide to building music studios, my friend and MGSU classmate Dmitry Timoshenko and I developed a plan-project. It was necessary to minimize early reflections from very low ceilings, and in the design to create a warm, favorable atmosphere for creativity. The approximate construction time is 1-2 months.
The partner in the joint musical project, who took on the obligation to finance the construction of the studio, who is also a famous theater and film actor, had, as always, a childishly inflated self-esteem, where he remained in the role of a "patron in words."
As a result, I had to do 95% of the construction work manually (drilling a total of over 300 holes in the ceiling when installing low-frequency traps, etc.) The construction time increased to 1 year.
Once again I gained experience as a crisis manager during the implementation of a project, when I did not understand that I was dealing with adults with a child's psyche. The only advantage is that when you do everything yourself, everything turns out well and I managed to reduce the project budget by more than 10 times! Later, over the next 3 years, I helped record more than two dozen student tracks in this studio!
